Meet Your Instructor Nicole Lara, MHC-LP, NCC
Nicole Lara spent over a decade in NYC’s corporate world, helping leaders build high-performing teams. While valuable, the constraints of that environment led me to seek a more authentic path, which I eventually pursued by founding a wellness practice focused on community and holistic healing. Drawing from my personal and professional journey, I transitioned into the mental health field and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Molloy University. I currently hold a limited permit (MHC-LP) to practice in New York State and am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
